Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.11.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Delicate notes of eucalyptus and dried figs, a hint of nougat, fine hints of oak. Full-bodied, ripe plums, present tannins, subtle herbal spice on the finish, dark minerality, delicate bitter notes on the finish, slight astringency, still needs time.
