The red wine Vallocaia Riserva, vintage 2015 from the winery Bindella - Tenuta Vallocaia has been rated in 2019 by Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Colorino from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Strong garnet with ochre reflections and broader rim brightening. Herbal savoury supported red forest berry confit, sweet fruit nuances, a floral touch and red cherry background. Juicy, intense and freshly structured, vivid tannins that still seem slightly demanding, delicate nougat, fine tannic savouriness, has certain ageing potential and length, will benefit from bottle ageing.
