Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, shiny straw yellow with green. Delicate nuances of white peach, quince and a little honeydew melon, with a hint of yellow flowers. A pleasantly smooth texture on the tongue, harmoniously embedded acidity, with a fine fruit texture, light-footed and animating on the palate, then a little narrow on the finish.
