The red wine Obac de Binigrau Vino de la Terra Mallorca IGP, vintage 2014 from the winery Binigrau Vins i Vinyes has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Manto Negro, Syrah, Merlot, Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Balearic Islands in Spain.
Deep ruby, ochre reflections, broad and bright rim. Floral nuances, some wild strawberry, an inviting bouquet marked by manto negro aromas. On the palate full-bodied, good fruit, ripe cherry, fine well-integrated tannins, a touch of nougat, persists well and has good ageing potential.
