The white wine Cabernet Blanc trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Bio Weingut Maier has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
Initially lots of white flowers, but cider pears and honeydew melon also dominate the expressive aromas on the nose. The palate is refreshing and harmonious. An invigorating acidity and plenty of pear and melon fruit create an elegant structure on the palate that lingers.
