The red wine NV »20.000 BC Réserve« Bischoffingen Cuvée trocken (AP 82.22) from the winery Bischoffinger Winzer has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Cabernet Cubin, Merlot from the region Baden in Germany.
Tasting Notes
No vintage indication. Smoky new wood, and a fruit of dark berries. Also juniper and thyme. On the palate, the wine has a fine-grained tannins in high quantity, the structure is both dense and ripe, the acidity carries. Great length, excellent potential!
