Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Dark berry fruit, ripe black cherry, subtle hints of nougat and fine oak, a still somewhat restrained bouquet. Juicy, elegant, good fruit, again of cherry and blackberry, well-integrated vivid tannins, mineral, pronounced fruit on the finish, lasts for minutes, nice lemony salty nuances on the finish. It has a great future with certain ageing potential.
