Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Deep dark ruby garnet, firm core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicately floral black cherry fruit, some damp undergrowth, tobacco nuances. Medium complexity, some dark nougat, present tannins, mineral finish, still seems a little rough, will benefit from bottle ageing.
