Dark ruby, purple reflections, faint ochre rim. Herbal savoury underlaid blackberry fruit, delicate tobacco nuances, a hint of nougat, discreet noble wood savouriness. Full-bodied, elegant, ripe sweet cherry, lively acid structure, red berry notes on the finish, chocolaty-mineral echo. A fine savoury food wine.
