Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

On the nose almond milk, toasted sesame, floral notes, sweet and amarena cherry, and also with a bit of oak aromas. Quite linearly built and still youthfully compact on the palate, a gentle dose of ripe medium-grained tannins, subtle acidity, a hint of creaminess in the transition to the finish, then a fine astringency without aggression, fleshy for a moment, clearly underlaid with minerals, wild cherry and herbal tones on the finish. Only at the beginning of its evolution.
