Opens up well with a little air but retains the fine notes. Extremely light-footed on the palate, yet sweet and powerful: red fruits of the forest and fine acidity. Saline and persistent, it is a supple food companion, very balanced and seductive. A silky food wine of the ethereal kind. Simply a pleasure.
