The base wine from Descendientes de J. Palacios is intended to reflect the entire region and is made from its own grapes as well as grapes from 180 different grape producers from different villages. A warm and fruity bouquet with notes of blackberry and raspberry, a touch of clove and some savoury-herbal hints. Elegant yet powerful on the palate, with ripe acidity, subtle tannins and a distinctly savoury finish.
