Tasting from 03.09.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Strong ruby garnet, delicately underglazed, broad watery rim. Fine hints of precious wood, red berry confit, sweet spices, vanilla, multi-faceted, well-ripened bouquet. Juicy, extract-sweet fruit, ripe cherries, velvety tannins, lingers very well, nuances of strawberries and oranges on the finish, chocolaty aftertaste. Has reached initial drinking maturity, a multi-faceted food companion with ageing potential.
