Tasting from 28.04.2017: Sautter, Ulrich

Herbal-spicy with ripe cherry and patina-like ripe tones. Oily on the palate, with a mineral base, strong alcohol, crumbly, grainy tannins with a rather broad density, but good quality, holds together despite the large volume, spicy finish aromas.
