Fruity, savoury bouquet with fresh aromas of wild berries. Very clear. Notes of cherry and citric hints as well as savoury nuances of dried kitchen herbs and some cold smoke. Fresh attack on the palate with just as much acidity. Beautiful clear raspberry fruit and cherry. Some dark chocolate. Ripe, slightly noticeable tannin, long finish. Carbonic maceration style.
