Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Distinct slate nuances, delicate hints of violets, blackberry confit, hints of orange zest, ripe plum fruit, a hint of dried herbs. Complex, pleasant extract sweetness, fine tannins, fresh and finely structured, good balance, ripe heart cherries on the finish, salty minerality on the finish, a multi-faceted food companion.
More about the tastingFine smoky aromas and deep, dark mineral notes. Blackberry and peaty aromas. Needs plenty of air and time. Deep aromas with dense fruit and enormously spicy accents. Delicate acidity in the pithy fruit body. Taut minerality. Bold and gripping. Perfect with braised dishes now and will certainly be a great pleasure on its own in a few years' time.
