Tasting from 08.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Ruby red. An aroma of ripe fruit with plum, strawberry and fig, followed by an attractive herbal note. Dense and full-bodied on the palate, with a good structure and fine acidity. Ripe tannins and attractive minerality accompany the good finish. A fireside wine that is already in the drinking window.
