Aroma of ripe, dark and red berries, Amarena cherry, blackberry, a hint of juniper, some smoke, nice spice. Rather restrained acidity on the palate, dense tannins, slightly sweetish red fruit, amarena cherry again, rich, rounded wine, great as an accompaniment to a roast dish.
