Emphasises the spicy-balsamic bouquet with notes of bay leaf, allspice and liquorice. Also notes of plum and cranberry confit, blackberry and some cassis. On the palate it is powerful yet elegant, with appropriate acidity, subtle tannin and long, spicy balsamic finish.
