Beautiful, clear, invigorating, citrus-driven yellow fruit on the nose. Notes of yuzu and yellow apple. Also hints of fennel seed and chamomile as well as some roasted apple and caramel. Sparse fruit on the palate, apple, taut acidity, phenolic impression on the finish.
