The sparkling wine Motivo Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, vintage 2024 from the winery Borgo Molino has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Pale, brilliant straw yellow in colour with a fine, rhythmic and persistent mousse. On the nose, aromas of golden apple, white peach, peach blossom and citrus fruit. On the palate, the acidity is well integrated and supports the flow of the drink. There is a good balance between aroma and flavour, with a saline texture that persists after swallowing.
