Bright silver grey with persistent mousse. Very restrained on the nose. Very subtle fruit and freshness on the palate, restrained overall and doesn't really get going.

Bright, shiny straw yellow. Fine, orderly mousse. Very shy nose with notes of green apple, citrus fruit and pear. Broad on the palate, but with quickly fading carbon dioxide and little pronounced flavour.
