Brilliant, bright straw yellow with a slight peach tint. Fragrant, very fresh nose of fresh pear, fresh peach, a pinch of meadow herbs, white flowers, inviting. Crisp and compact on the palate, spreads over the tongue with clear fruit, very well-integrated mousse, balanced, fine, very juicy and salty on the finish.
