Tasting Notes
Little fragrance at first. Slowly opens up with notes of nougat, toffee, dried fig, dried meat and, after prolonged contact with the air, mint. However, everything is very discreet. Full-bodied with a good acid core, robust and youthful in appearance. Classic tannin structure, lots of tension, concentration and juiciness. Lots of grip in the centre of the palate, becoming soft and fruity towards the finish. Good length, excellent ageing potential.
