Sparkling, quite light garnet ruby. Very fine nose, reminiscent of Pinot, blackberries and raspberries, spicy components in the background, all very subtle. Lots of juicy, ripe fruit on the palate, develops warm and smooth, lots of fine-grained tannins, salty, long finish.
