The red wine Unio Barolo DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Brovia has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Very intense, dark ruby red with a purple hue. Fragrant and complex nose of rose petals, mint, powdered sugar, then cassis and blackberries, and slightly smoky nuances. Elegant palate with soft tannins and a finely integrated acidity, dark berries and multi-layered, long and compact on the finish.
