The red wine Barolo DOCG Villero, vintage 2017 from the winery Brovia has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
It has a bright ruby red colour with a subtle orange rim. A finely drawn nose has aromas of ripe wild strawberry, rosemary, a gentle smokiness, and some cardamom and rosehip. It is radiant and vivid on the palate, with salty tannins that are tightly woven across the tongue. It is also youthful, with a light finish, and a long aftertaste.
