The sweet and dessert wine Würzburger Stein Gewürztraminer Trockenbeerenauslese VDP.ERSTE LAGE, vintage 2011 from the winery Weingut Bürgerspital has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Franconia in Germany.
Light golden, spicy notes: rose and curry, lychee and blossom honey, very floral and at the same time with aromas of candied yellow fruit. Creamy and very viscous in the mouth, but also powerfully full-bodied, almost phenolic, with incredible aromatic depth, rich sweetness and sufficient acidity, a baroque Trockenbeerenauslese of a wonderfully exuberant nature.
