Tasting Notes
Flint and smoke on the nose, followed by subtle citrus tones. Full-bodied on the palate, richly multilayered with layers of extract and suppleness, mineral-saturated through and through, powerful alcohol, ripe acidity, but all balanced by the depth of the mineral character. Voluminous with great differentiation.
More about the tastingOn the nose it is closed, peach, wax, hay, on the palate full but balanced, lots of juice and minerality, silky, precise and clearly focused, animating at the highest level. The acidity builds a foundation without being pithy. Perfect expression of the site.
