Preserved lemon, herbs, wet stones, green apple, juicy peach, Mirabelle plum, savouriness such as caraway on the nose. Juicy on the palate, fresh, with beautiful acidity. Savoury, with salted lemons and ripe peach on the palate. Mirabelle plums, beautiful phenolics and beautiful density, too, with a medium body. Accessible, elegant.
