The non-alcoholic sparkling wine »Secco Blanc«, vintage 2023 from the winery Burkheimer Winzer am Kaiserstuhl has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany.
An aroma of dried lemon peel and lime with slightly lactic undertones. The palate is refreshed by a very dynamic carbonic acidity, the well-proportioned body brings sweetness, acidity and (citric) fruit into good contact with each other. A hearty summer refreshment.
