Dark, deep ruby red. On the nose enormously complex, notes of ripe cherries, elderberries, blackberries, plums, plus bright spice with cinnamon, cloves and Assam tea. On the palate enormous fruitiness, marked by a light body, flows oily over the tongue, enormous length and finesse, a wine for the ages.
