Intense bouquet with notes of sour cherry, dried plum and cranberry. Hints of orange zest, cinnamon and allspice. Powerful on the palate, with fresh acidity and aromas of dried berries. Some bay leaf. Fine-grained, slightly noticeable tannin and a long finish on sour cherry fruit.
