Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Intense light gold with a delicate mousse. Smells of dried peach, apricots, some dried pineapple on the nose, reminiscent of hazelnuts and saffron. Strong phenolics on the palate, tannic, lots of sweetness, the mousse is well integrated, but appears somewhat unbalanced overall. A lot of sweetness and mint aroma on the finish.
