The sparkling wine Prosecco DOC Extra Brut, vintage 2024 from the winery Ca' di Rajo has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Light, crystalline straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent mousse. Delicate floral notes of jasmine and elderberry on the nose, followed by fruity hints of apple. Fresh on the palate, with a good balance between the sweet fruit flavour and the minerality that accompanies the entire drinking flow. Lingering finish.
