Radiant salmon pink in colour. On the nose, seductive aroma of raspberry, grapefruit, and floral notes reminiscent of violets. The appetizing palate has a fine mousse with great tension between subtle fruit expression and acidity, with a hint of sea breeze evident on the finish.
