Tasting from 16.08.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy aromas of dark fruits of the forest, pomegranate, juniper berries, sloe, dried sage, air-dried and smoked ham, roasted chestnut. Full of tension on the palate: earthy, savoury, with fresh and ripe fruit and seamlessly integrated fine acidity with fine-grained tannins. Full of character and far from done.
