A Mediterranean type of Chardonnay that thrives on the tension between exotic fruit and fine woody spice. Light yellow in the glass, with aromas of melon, guava, pineapple and quince jelly, accompanied by beeswax, toast, nut butter, vanilla and sweet spice. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a fine fullness and creamy texture. A powerful Chardonnay with skilful use of wood and good balance.
