Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliantly bright pale red with garnet accents. Delicate wild berries adorn the nose, also thyme, sloe, black olive, slightly balsamic, cold tea in the background. Lively on the palate, a broad carpet of tannins covers the palate, fresh acidity, shows traction in the course, then somewhat rough at the end.
