Tasting from 29.10.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby. Spicy, woody nose, with light malt, fine oak, milk chocolate, toast, dried cherry and ripe forest berries for the second course; slight undertone of forest floor. Powerful on the palate, breaks down in the middle section, shows light fruit and loosely knit tannins. Finishes watered down in the finish.
