The white wine Stoan Weiss Südtirol DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Kellerei Tramin has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Weißburgunder, Gewürztraminer from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
It has a clear and bright straw yellow colour. There is grapefruit and flint on the nose, with a subtle elegant oak aroma, it has an elegant bouquet. On the palate there is a rich, full-bodied texture, unfolding beautifully and compactly over the tongue. It is very taut and vivid, has a racy finish, and finishes emphatically salty.
