Elegant, shiny gold with a brilliant core. Expressive nose of white roses, ripe banana, canned peach, dried pear, Szechuan pepper, milk chocolate, constantly evolving in the glass, very complex. Very well balanced on the palate, with a creamy texture, ripe pineapple, also savoury, delicate and dancing on the finish, very long. Has benefited from bottle ageing.
