Tasting from 27.04.2016: Martin Kilchmann

Strong green-yellow in colour, with an intense, engaging bouquet of citrus and elderflower, hazelnut and vanilla. There's a powerful attack on the palate - densely structured and medium bodied, with a steely acidity and mineral vein. The finish is medium-long but powerful. A highly original, harmonious cuvée of Completer and Sauvignon Blanc - a great food wine.
