Tasting from 27.03.2026: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

This wine is refreshingly different on the nose. Dark, lots of mocha, oud, dark chocolate, precious wood, leather. The fruit, characterized by blackberry jam, plums and chokeberries, comes to the fore second by second in the glass. Powerful on the palate, grippy tannins, lengthening acidity.
