The red wine Chianti Classico Riserva, vintage 2012 from the winery Capannelle has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese from the region Chianti classico in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby with a slightly brightening rim. Fragrant and intense nose, full of fresh cherries, laurel and cardamom in the background. Very polished on the palate, lots of fine-meshed tannins, drinkable, fine aftertaste of cherries.
