The red wine 50&50 Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery Capannelle has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep, bright ruby red with garnet reflections. Elegant and complex on the nose, with subtle aromas of Rumtopf, cherry compote and plums, nuances of dried rose petals hints of tomato and smoke. Juicy and balanced on the palate, with good drinking flow, fine-grained tannins and a long, fruity finish, lots of potential!
