Tasting Notes

Tasting from 31.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon staffler

Deep, dark ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Vegetal and savoury on the nose, reminiscent of graphite, old wood, the fruit remains in the background. Rough on the palate, with predominant use of wood, unfortunately very draining, lots of muscle play.
