Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse, delicate. Fresh, fragrant nose of green-spicy aromas, star fruit, gooseberry, some lemon, ending with red berry and floral tones on the finish. Very dry and precise on the palate, balanced, with a lovely fruity sweetness and good length.
