Tasting Notes
A classic patina on the nose, mature notes of herbs, sweet cherry and leather. Light to medium-bodied extract, a pleasant Chianti as it once was, to drink in large sips or as an accompaniment to hearty, simple dishes, salami.
More about the tastingSparkling ruby with a fine garnet rim. Smells of tobacco and blackberries on the nose. Unfortunately quite haggard on the palate, drying tannins, lots of acidity.
