Tasting Notes
Sparkling, dense ruby-purple; very dense and compact nose, pronounced aromas of cassis, ripe elderberries, some tobacco; lots of dense fruit in the attack, dark berries, but shows some drying, slightly rough tannin at the back, still very raw, could improve with further ageing.
